Introduction & Application:
Metal Frame scaffolding is a standardized steel pipe scaffolding system. Most of the components are produced by the factory according to the size. It can be used not only as an external scaffold, but also as a mobile scaffold or a full house scaffold. Because of its standardized size, the frame scaffolding has the characteristics of reasonable structure, good mechanical performance, easy disassembly and assembly during construction, safety and reliability, and economical applicability.
Styles
According to the style of frame scaffolding system, it can be divided into H frame scaffolding system (Mason Frame Scaffolding), Walk-through frame scaffolding system (ARCH Frame scaffolding), and Ladder frame scaffold. Many countries in the world have special regulations on the material and size of the steel pipe used in frame scaffolding system, such as the Japanese standard stipulates the steel pipe material of the main pole for Mason scaffold is STK-51 steel with a size of 42.7 × 2.5mm. The material of the auxiliary pole is STK-41 steel with a size of 34.2 × 2.3mm and 27.2 × 2.0 mm.

Because the scaffolding rubber caster wheels with brake pads are installed at the frame bottom, the frame scaffold is easy to move, saving time and effort. Especially in indoor construction and house construction, frame scaffolding is favored by construction workers because of its advantages of lightness, mobility and fixed at any time. NYALA Frame scaffolding's classified two types, one is H TYPE Frames, the other is Walk Through Frames, also with accessories together. Any other type of frames can be designed as requested.
Component’s Size & Weight of NYALA Frame Scaffold System
NYALA frame scaffolding consists of 2 pcs of vertical frames with spigots, cross braces, screw jack with base plate, caster wheels and steel planks with hooks at both ends to form a basic unit frame scaffolding.(following Pic 1) Several basic units frame scaffolds are vertically stacked through connecting pins to form a multi layer frame. In the horizontal direction, cross braces and steel planks are used to connect adjacent units into a whole, with stair ladders as up and downs steps. (following Pic 2)
